Frequently asked questions
What the product does, what it costs, and what it cannot do for you.
The product
What exactly do I get for my subscription?
An AI probability for a prediction market, and the gap between that probability and the market's own price — what we call the edge. You also get the reasoning behind each score, screenshot and scan analysis, and price alerts. We do not place trades. Every market links out to Polymarket, where you decide and act yourself.
How do I know the AI is any good?
Look at the track record page before you subscribe — it is public, and it is not marketing. It shows how often our past forecasts were right, broken down by how confident they were. A forecast is only counted once its market has actually resolved, and it is only counted if it was made before the deadline. Nothing is graded retroactively in our favour. We also publish a hit rate per confidence band, so you can see whether a score of 80% really does come true about 80% of the time. If it does not, that is visible there rather than hidden.
Is this financial advice?
No. We publish research and a probability estimate; what you do with it is your decision. We are not a broker, not a bookmaker and not an adviser. We never take your bet, never hold your funds and never place an order on your behalf.
How it works
How often are the scores updated?
Market prices are refreshed every fifteen minutes. AI scores are produced on a schedule rather than live, because each one costs a real model call with web research. Every score carries the time it was produced, so you can always see how fresh it is instead of assuming. Markets that resolve within minutes are deliberately not scored at all — a score computed hours earlier would be worse than none.
What is the screenshot analysis for?
It analyses any prediction market, including ones we do not mirror. Paste or upload a screenshot and we read the question and the odds out of the image, then research and score it. The scan button does the same thing for a market we already carry, without needing an image.
How does the screenshot analysis actually work, step by step?
1. You paste (Ctrl+V) or upload an image. It is checked for type and size, then stored in a private bucket — never anywhere publicly reachable. 2. One analysis unit is deducted. You are charged once, at upload, and only if every earlier step succeeded. 3. A vision model reads the question, the outcomes and the prices out of the picture. 4. We research the question on the web, then produce a probability, an edge against the price in your image, and the reasoning. 5. The result appears on your screenshot page. It takes tens of seconds, so you can navigate away and come back. 6. Once the analysis has succeeded, your image is deleted from storage. We keep the result, not the picture. If a step fails — an unreadable image, a model outage — your quota unit is returned automatically.
Which screenshots work? What if mine cannot be read?
Anything where the question and the prices are legible: Polymarket, another prediction market, or a post quoting one. A full-window capture works better than a tight crop, because the resolution rules and the deadline are usually outside the price box — and they change the answer. If the image cannot be read, the analysis fails and your quota unit is returned. Nothing is charged for an unreadable upload. We also tell you whether the analysis was able to research the question on the web. A forecast made without research is weaker, and we mark it rather than presenting it as equivalent.
What does the edge number mean?
The difference, in percentage points, between our estimated probability and the market's price. A positive edge means we think the outcome is more likely than the market is pricing. A negative edge means the opposite — the market is pricing it too high — which is just as actionable, in the other direction. We keep the sign rather than showing a magnitude, because merging the two would turn opposite recommendations into one number.
Billing & plans
How does the €1 trial work?
Your first 14 days cost €1 at the plan you chose, with full access. After that the plan renews at its normal price unless you cancel. It is a real charge, not a free trial — that is deliberate. A €1 payment confirms the card works, which is why there is no unpleasant surprise on day 15. One trial per account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not ask you to call anyone or send an email to cancel.
My plan says 150 analyses — is that per month or per billing period?
Per month, always — whichever billing interval you chose. A quarterly plan gives you the monthly allowance three times, once per month, not one large bucket you could spend in a week. An annual plan gives it to you twelve times. The window resets on the same day of the month as your subscription started.
Do I get charged again if I re-open the same analysis?
No. An analysis is charged once per market per period, so re-reading one you already unlocked costs nothing. Simply loading a market page never spends anything either — the charge happens when you unlock, on an explicit click.
Trading & jurisdictions
Can I actually trade on Polymarket from my country?
Not everywhere, and this matters before you subscribe. Polymarket restricts opening new positions from a number of jurisdictions, including the United States, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Poland and several Canadian provinces. From those places you can usually close an existing position but not open a new one. Our analysis is still readable and useful there, but you would not be able to act on it on Polymarket. We show a notice on the site when we detect you are in one of those places. Check your own situation before subscribing — the restriction is Polymarket's, not ours, and we cannot lift it.
Can I copy other traders' positions?
Not today. Copy trading appears on our site marked "soon", and that badge is honest: the feature is not built and you cannot buy it. It is worth knowing why it is taking time rather than assuming it is next week's release. Everything we do now is research — we publish an analysis, you decide, and you act on Polymarket yourself. Placing an order on your behalf would mean holding credentials that can move your money, which is a different kind of business with different obligations. We would rather answer that question properly than ship it quickly. What exists today is the analysis. If a plan you are considering lists copy trading, treat it as a roadmap item and not as something you are paying for.
Do you need my Polymarket account or my wallet keys?
No, and we never will for the analysis product. We hold no keys and have no access to your funds. You may optionally tell us your public wallet address so that verified on-chain wins can be attributed to you. That is a public address, not a key, and it is entirely opt-in.
