Right of withdrawal
Fourteen days to change your mind — and when you waive them.

The principle
As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty.
🚩 What your request for immediate performance changes
Our service is available as soon as you pay. At payment we ask you to confirm expressly that you want it to start straight away rather than waiting out the fourteen days. That box is never pre-ticked, and payment cannot proceed without it.
What it changes: you keep your right of withdrawal for fourteen days. But if you exercise it after asking for an immediate start, you owe us an amount proportionate to the service you actually received up to your notification. The rest is refunded.
What it does not change: we do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal, and you do not lose it. You only agree to pay for what you used.
How to exercise it
Write to ⟨TODO : support email⟩ before the period expires, stating unambiguously that you are withdrawing. An email is enough: no particular form is required.
Include your account address and the subscription date, which saves us asking for them.
Model statement
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Market Predikt subscription taken out on [subscription date], for the account [email address]. Name: [your name]. Date: [today's date]."
Effect
We refund all payments received for the period concerned, no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, we may retain an amount proportionate to what was supplied up to your notification.
