What the service is

Market Predikt is an analysis tool. It reads public Polymarket markets, computes indicators, and produces automatically generated commentary.

• We are not a betting operator and accept no stakes.
• We hold no funds on your behalf and place no orders for you.
• We are not an investment adviser. Nothing here is personalised advice.
• No winnings are promised, guaranteed or implied. Past performance predicts nothing.

What our analyses are worth

Scores, edges and commentary are produced by statistical models and by a language model. They can be wrong, stale or incomplete, and sometimes they will be.

Every decision remains yours alone. You bear the consequences of acting on our analyses, and we do not answer for them.

Your account

An account is personal. Sharing credentials, automated access outside our interfaces, and reselling our data are prohibited.

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for keeping your access confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

Availability and usage limits

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from error, or the accuracy of third-party data.

Monthly quotas apply per plan. They are shown on the pricing page and in your billing area.

We apply rate limits to protect the service. Clearly automated or abusive use may be restricted.

Geographic restrictions

Polymarket restricts access in certain countries. Our tool surfaces those restrictions where they apply to the market you are viewing.

Checking what the law of your country of residence permits is your responsibility. Using our analyses does not relieve you of it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, payment fraud, or use that harms the service.

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, without penalty, from your billing area. See the refund policy for what happens next.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Any substantive change will be notified by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, and you may cancel free of charge within that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of ⟨TODO : country of registration⟩. Disputes fall to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules that let you bring proceedings where you live.
