Terms of sale

Who sells you the subscription, at what price, and on what terms.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

⚠️ This document is incomplete: the operating legal entity is not yet registered, and the missing details appear in plain text below. It is not binding on anyone as it stands.

🚩 Who your seller is

Your seller depends on the payment provider in use when you buy. The invoice you receive is authoritative and names the actual seller.

When payment goes through Paddle, your contract of sale is with Paddle as merchant of record, not with ⟨TODO : registered company name⟩. For Europe that entity is Paddle.com Market Limited (company number 8172165, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, England and Wales). Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, collects VAT and handles refunds.

When payment goes through Stripe, the sale is directly with ⟨TODO : registered company name⟩, and Stripe acts only as the technical payment processor.

In both cases the service itself is provided by ⟨TODO : registered company name⟩, and the terms of use apply.

Plans and prices

Plans, their quotas and their prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are stated in euros.

VAT is that of your country of residence. It is calculated and shown at payment.

A subscription is monthly, quarterly or annual. It renews automatically for the same term until cancelled.

Paid trial period

When a trial offer is running, the first period is charged at the reduced price shown, for the stated duration. This is not a free period: the amount is genuinely debited.

At the end of that period the subscription continues automatically at the plan's normal price, unless cancelled beforehand.

The offer is limited to accounts that have never used it. Cancelling does not restore eligibility for another trial.

Payment and failed payment

Payment is due in advance for each period. No card details pass through or are stored on our servers.

If a charge fails, the provider retries automatically. Access to paid features may be suspended during that time and is restored as soon as payment succeeds.

Price changes

A price change never applies retroactively to a period already paid for.

An increase affecting your renewals is notified by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. You may cancel free of charge before that date.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing area — no reason, no fee, no extra step.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.

Complaints and mediation

Send any complaint to ⟨TODO : support email⟩. We acknowledge receipt and reply in writing.

As a consumer resident in the European Union, you may refer an unresolved dispute to a consumer mediator.
