Cancel any time, in one click

You can cancel from your billing area at any time — no reason, no fee, and without writing to us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and nothing further is charged.

We ask for no phone call, no justification, and no notice period.

Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have fourteen days to withdraw from your purchase. Because the service starts immediately at your express request, withdrawing leaves you owing a proportionate amount for what you received. The details are on the dedicated withdrawal page.

Outside that right

A period already started is not refunded pro rata: cancelling stops renewals, it does not refund the remaining days.

We refund readily for a double charge, a charge after cancellation, or a prolonged outage on our side.

How a refund is made

The refund is processed by whichever provider took the payment, and goes back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank, typically five to ten working days.

Where Paddle is the merchant of record, the request is handled by Paddle; we pass it on and follow it through with you.
